Terms & Conditions

• Rates are subject to Hawaii State and Transient/Accommodation Tax of 13.42% and a $35 reservation fee.
• Reservations must be secured by a $400.00 US Dollars deposit.
• Cancellation received 0-30 days prior to arrival: $150 fee
• Cancellation received 15-29 days prior to arrival: $250 fee
• Cancellation received 0-14 days prior to arrival: 4 nights rent + tax
• CHRISTMAS POLICY: (Arrivals December 21 to January 3)
  1. Cancellation received up to October 31: $150 fee
  2. Cancellation received November 1-30: $400 fee
  3. Cancellation received after November 30 and Early Departures: no refund
  four night minimum. four night minimum during Christmas Dec 21-Jan 3.(Exception: Minimum stay at Mana Kai Maui only at Christmas, otherwise no minimum at Mana Kai Maui.)
• Full prepayment due 30 days prior to arrival.
• Full prepayment due 11/1 for any booking with arrival 12/21 to 1/3.
• Cleaning fees (one-time) may apply to all reservations at all properties except Mana Kai Maui.

• Children under 18 stay free when sharing accommodation and existing beds with adults.

• Studio, one bedroom, and hotel room rates based on double occupancy. Two bedroom rates based on quadruple occupancy, except Mana Kai Maui.

• Extra person: $12.00 each day. (Exception: No charge at Mana Kai Maui.)

• Check-in time 3 PM. Check-out time 11 AM.

• Prices subject to change without notice.
